last thursday [april 24, when i stayed at pats] i got on the first 66 southbound 66 bus at about 5 am.

i was reading the new times when the driver pulled into the left turn lane at mill avenue and university to make a left turn from the west bound side of university to go south on mill avenue.

since i was reading the new times i dont know what happened but the female driver of the bus got into some type of shouting match with a guy on a motorcycle who was stopped at the light and going west bound.

when i first noticed the argument the guy seemed to be yelling at the bus driver asking her something like did she get her drivers license at disneyland. but i am not sure as i was reading the new times when the incident started.

i did see the woman driver of the bus open the door a couple of times and yell at the guy.

the guy appeared to pull out a cellphone or camera and take a photo of the bus. also the guy on the motorcycle asked the woman bus driver for her number of something like that. probably so he can file a complaint against her.

when the light change we turned left and didnt have any problems.

this is the woman bus driver who cheated me out of a dollar a while back and i plan to sue her and valley metro for the stinking dollar.

for my public record request i would like a copy of the video cameras inside the bus and outside of the bus that recorded the argument between the woman bus driver and the guy on the motocycle.

my second request for public records is i would like a copy of any complaints fired by other people about the incident and or any letters, emails, phone calls or other public records that are created about the incident between the woman bus driver and the guy on the motorcycle

thanks

mike
