On Monday, August 11, 2008 at about 7:23 p.m.
it looked like the Tempe pigs were staking out
the new Walgreens that is being built on
the southwest corner of Mill Avenue and Broadway.
I saw a Tempe cop driving north on Mill. Then the Tempe police officer turned right on Broadway and went east. I suspect the Tempe cop then made another right turn and turned into the old Walgreen shopping center and drove thru the road or alley that is in back of the stores because the next thing I see is a Tempe cop making a left turn on to Mill Avenue going south from the old Walgreens store. It then looked like the cop quickly turned right into one of the side streets and went west behind the new Walgreens that is being build. The cop probably then drove on side streets back to Broadway to take another look at the construction site.
