On Friday May 15 at about 6:15 p.m. a guard
with a heavy German accent at the new
Tempe Light Rail Transit Center arrested
me and forced me to pick up some trash.
I wish to file a claim against the city of Tempe
and Valley Metro and plan to sue the city of tempe,
valley metro and the bus driver in federal court
for civil rights violations and false arrest.
I will settle this out of court for $1,000,000.
i came to the bus center and had to take a pee.
of course when you at at the tempe transit center
you can't just go to the restroom and take a pee.
you have to ask the rentacop at the transit center
for permission to pee or poop. and if the cop decides
it is ok for you to pee or poop you will be let into
the rest room.
i asked a guard with a heavy german accent to let me
into the rest room.
he walked most of the way to the restroom and then he
used the magic beeper or what ever it is to allow
me to open the restroom door remotely.
as i went in he seemed to be watching me. i suspect
he is a suspicious they and doesnt trust anybody
who doesnt have a gun and a badge. it was odd.
the other gaurds there just let me into the rest
room.
when i was leaving the restroom the guard was still
there staring at me.
he ordered me to pick up a piece of trash on the ground.
i told him it was not mine.
then he ordered me again to pick it up.
at that point i assumed that i was under arrest
and obeyed the guard and picked up the trash.
i assume the guard and the city at that point
in time violated my 13th amendment right about
being used as a slave.
i had not been convicted of any crime and here
the gaurd was forcing me to be his slave and
pickup trash.
i wanted to throw the trash back on the ground
but i assumed if i did i would be arrested. so
i kept it.
then i figured i could use in in my lawsuit against
the city of tempe, valley metro and the guard as
evidence.
on the back of the piece of paper i wrote down
what happned in the incident.
here is my request for public records.
i would like copies of all the video cameras at
the tempe transit center from 6:00pm to 6:40 pm
on friday May 15.
i would like the name of the guard or guards who
were working at the tempe transit center in that
time frame.
i would like the names, addresses and phone numbers
of the company that tempe and valley metro contracts
with to provide the rentacop service.
i think the rentacops are supervised by the tempe
police department. i would like the names and contact
information about all tempe police department personall
that were running the operations at that time.
i would like the video tapes of the 92 bus i took there
from about 5:40 to 6:15 so i can prove where i got on
the bus and where i got off the bus.
