Refused to be let on bus by racist Tempe bus driver!
More fun on Wednesday October 1, 2008 I get screwed over by bus driver Ty and assault by CISCO employee read about it here which will result in another lawsuit being filed in Federal court against the City of Tempe.This jerk would not let me on his bus because I had a walking stick. It doesn’t matter what the reason is he is still getting sued along with Valley Metro. If he wouldn’t let me on because the stick could be used as a weapon he is violating Arizona’s law that required the government to check a weapon when it refuses to allow weapons in a vehicle or car.
And he probably violated Federal handicapped laws which say you can’t discriminate against handicapped people.
Robbed by Tempe Valley Metro Driver
On Monday, December 29 I was robbed by a Tempe Valley Metro employee when I got on a Valley Metro bus.Read about it here.
I got on the bus and the computerized bandit fare box took my money but didn't issue me a bus pass.
The woman driver was either a jerk who hates everybody or a racist who hates White people and she refused to give me a bus pass or even write me a note saying the machine malfunctioned and took my money without give me a pass. She even threatened to kick me off the bus when I said I was going to sue her.

something which we call light rail today.
I think any laws where the government sets the price that a business can charge is a stupid law. But in this case the cities of Phoenix, Tempe and Mesa have said they are above the law and don’t have to obey it.
OK if the law is unconstitutional, illegal or just plain stupid the cities of Tempe, Phoenix and Mesa should play by the rules and sue to have the law repealed or declared unconstitutional. Instead the tyrants that run the cities of Mesa, Tempe, and Phoenix have said they are above the law and don’t have to obey it.
Maricopa County Supervisor Tom Rawles news articles
Tom Rawles while he was the only Maricopa County Supervisor to vote against the Bank One Ballpark did say a number of times that he was FOR building a ball park with Maricopa County tax dollars in his home district of Tempe. Gun grabbers on the Valley Metro Bus and Light Rail System?
It seems like the government rulers at Valley Metro which runs the buses and light rail trains in the Phoenix area are doing everything they can to make people think it is illegal to bring guns on their buses and trains. Check out this article for more information on that.Gun grabbing governments are not new in the Phoenix area. For years the Peoples Republic of Tempe, better know as the City of Tempe has done everything it can to illegally ban guns in Tempe.
I suspect that the gun grabbers on the Tempe City Council have pressured Valley Metro to ban guns on buses and light rail, even thought is perfectly legal to bring guns on buses and trains under Arizona law.
Some government propaganda newspapers in Arizona
I am not sure if I am right on this but I think that the City of Tempe publishes a newspaper that is designed for the specific purpose of giving good publicity toward the rulers of the City of Tempe. If that was in the Soviet Union we would call it evil government propaganda. But ain’t in the Soviet Union, its in Tempe, Arizona and if you ask me it still is evil propaganda. It’s wrong to spend tax dollars to glorify the government rulers.I think the newspaper Tempe Town News Is published by the City of Tempe, for the rulers of the City of Tempe. But I have to do some research to prove that.

And with the coming of light rail to the Phoenix area there is a new newspaper in town called Metro News Or something like that. It is full of articles on light rail, buses and government stuff, but not much else. Which is why I suspect it is propaganda published by the government. I suspect it is published by Valley Metro and is solely devoted to saying wonderful things about Valley Metro, light rail, and Valley Metro buses and of couse the city, county and state government which fund Valley Metro, ie: Tempe, Phoenix, Mesa, Maricopa County and the State of Arizona.

Busted at the Tempe Transit Center - Guard forces me to pick up trash
On Friday May 15 at about 6:15 p.m. a guard with a heavy German accent at the new Tempe Light Rail Transit Center arrested me and forced me to pick up some trash. More about that incident. At the Tempe Transit center if you want to use the restrooms you have to get one of the police thugs there to let you into to the restroom. The government nannies at Tempe don't trust you to use the restroom on your own.I asked the guard to let me in. After he let me in he stood outside and waited for me to leave. Then he ordered me to pick up some trash. I told him the trash wasn't mine. Then he ordered me to pick up the trash again. Heil Hitler we are in the police state of the Peoples Republic of Tempe!

On Sat June 13 the day the USA switched from analog TV to digital TV I was falsely arrested by 3 crooked Scottsdale cops.I think they say me and because I look like a druggie they wanted to run me thru the computer and see if i had any warrents for my arrest.
When the first cop stopped me I told them I didn't have time to talk to him and I was leaving.
He lied and told me that somebody called the cops and said a guy with a blue sweatshirt and a hat was seen setting fires. Of course if the lie were true it would have given him "reasonable suspicion" to detain me and see if I was the guy who was setting the fires.
Of course they didn't ask me one single question about the fire bug incident. They just ran my name thru the computer to see if I had any warrants out for my arrest and when I didn't they released me with out asking me one single question about the fire bug incident.
What a crock. It was all a lie to let them run me thru the computer. Here are the filthy details about my false arrest by three crooked Scottsdale cops.
